Our Story

A cafe built for slowing down

Pause & Sip was born from a simple idea — that a great cup of coffee deserves a great place to drink it. We have built a calm, considered space in Mumbai where the espresso machine hums, the food is made fresh and time feels a little less urgent.

Every drink is handcrafted with intention. Every dish is built around flavours that pair naturally with good coffee. We hope you stay a while.

Espresso, fresh orange juice and tonic water over ice, garnished with orange and rosemary. Bright, citrusy and a little unexpected.

Espresso over ice with a thick pistachio cream foam made from real pistachio paste. Rich, nutty and worth it.
